We’re excited to announce the return of "Somos Heroes" ("We Are Heroes" in Spanish), designed to empower young adults, particularly Spanish-speaking students in Lexington, by teaching them the fundamentals of drawing, character design, and animation. Participants will create their own superhero characters and produce a short animated film that highlights themes of leadership and community.
Somos Héroes empodera a jóvenes, especialmente a estudiantes de habla hispana en Lexington, a través de talleres prácticos de dibujo, diseño de personajes y animación. En nuestro programa Somos Héroes, los participantes crearán sus propios personajes de superhéroes y colaborarán en la producción de un cortometraje animado que celebra el liderazgo, la creatividad y la comunidad.
